When choosing your flowers for a winter wedding, you may feel quite restricted. Finding the right floral arrangements to tie in with your special day can be quite difficult but don't worry, we are here to help!

If you want to make a statement, Amaryllis is perfect and will make a big impact! This flower is in season from November to May and, although expensive, these flowers are long-lasting and look fantastic accompanied with any additional white flowers.

If you fancy adding a splash of colour to your special day, anemones are in season from November to April and they are a perfect alternative to the peony or ranunculus. They are also available in white or black if you want to keep it neutral, however opting for bright purple means you'll only need a few blooms to brighten up bouquets!

Calla lilies are also a beautiful in-season flower that are perfect for keeping it neutral, they also have the meaning of magnificent beauty.

The camellia (a symbol of loveliness and beauty) offers a sweet scent with red and white variations and is the perfect combination of peonies and ranunculus - similar to the white anemone!

The Dutch tulip, known for its declaration of love, is in season from November to March. Similarly, the elegant French tulip is perfect for your winter wedding day with its graceful stems and large tapered heads- ideal for boxed centrepieces.

If you are incorporating a lot of green in your wedding, the veronica flower, also a sign of fidelity, is perfect! Veronicas are available all year round and their tall and slender stems with a tapered spike tie in nicely with eucalyptus. If you want to make a statement, opt for the purple, magenta or burgundy.
