Lemon thyme & goats cheese panna cotta, carpaccio of woodland mushrooms

Parmesan & truffle Arancini risotto balls with a sundried tomato dressing

Prawn & crab tian, sea herbs and cucumber relish

Pressed ham hock terrine with pickled baby vegetables & tomato chutney

Confit duck terrine, sour dough toast, baby leaf and apricot chutney

 

Mains

Chicken Ballontine with house made potato gnocchi, roasted squash, chanterelles and a red wine & tarragon reduction

Roasted sirloin English beef, horseradish mash potato, baby vegetables & rich pan juices

Roasted rump of English lamb with herb crust, savoy cabbage, turnip of potato gratin served with rosemary reduction

Gloucester old spot pork belly, saffron fondant potato, spiced red cabbage, glazed parsnips & cider jus

Baked fillet of Hake, celeriac puree, wilted spinach and saffron sauce

Wild mushroom risotto, parmesan shavings and herb salad
